LaserConsultants's goal is your total satisfaction. That's why our warranty program covers supplies and hardware.
Product Warranty
Our warranty is a 3-in-1 warranty on the supplies. It covers toner cartridge replacement, printer repair or even printer replacement in the event that there would be qualifying failure of the printer due to a defective supply. Your warranty is backed by us and our 18 years of computer printer experience.
In the event that a product is found defective, and print samples are included when returned to us, we will replace the defective cartridge at no charge. No refunds or Replacements will be sent without you obtaining an RMA number prior to returning it to us for replacement or credit.
Hardware Repair or Replacement Warranty
In the unlikely event (This has never occurred in our 18 year history) that a cartridge defect requires repair or replacement of your equipment (other than cleaning), You must contact us within 24 hours of the suspected damage to ascertain our recommended course of action. This may include troubleshooting over the phone, or our contacting a qualified repair technician to determine the direct cause of the failure. After applying the notice to us as described above, should you obtain your own technician, to qualify for the equipment repair or replacement warranty, we must have a certified letter on that repair company's letterhead stating that the cause of the equipment failure was a direct result of the imaging supply that we provided, or no credit or replacement of the equipment will take place.
